READ AGAIN WITH CARE. {name} asked for this thread to be read again because a task was most probably MISSED: an earlier reading found nothing, or not everything.
Go through every message and every sentence: the subject, the greeting, numbered lists, and the text around links. List every request made to the people written to (a list or team address {name} receives counts: "Dear colleagues, please" asks {name} too) and every promise, each with its deadline.
A call for inputs or contributions, a document to add to, a form to fill, a review, a nomination or a reply asked by a date is a task, even when the email also informs, is long, or goes to many people.
A plain instruction is a request too ("Send me the report", "Ask Sam to finish the pending tasks"), and so is a request that depends on the reader ("if you know this person, please provide their number"). A note {name} sent to nobody but themself is a task for {name}.
Never invent a task: each one must have the sentence that asks or promises it.{again}
