Mandata, one click at a time, on the real screens.
Mandata finds the tasks in your Outlook email, follows each one to the email that closes it, and keeps a profile of everyone you work with. Press Play narrated tour and a woman and a man take turns explaining each screen. Or go at your own pace: click the highlighted spot, or use the arrow keys. To watch it like a video, press Watch full screen or the F key.

Why Mandata works the way it does
Four rules sit behind every screen in the tour. They are why you can trust the list without checking your inbox again.
Tasks come from email
Nobody types tasks in. Each one is read from the email that asked for it and closes when the email that settles it arrives.
Deadlines are never guessed
A task has a deadline only when an email sets one, quoted word for word, or when you set it yourself.
Nothing is sent without you
The AI drafts follow-ups and forwards, but an email leaves only when you press Send and confirm.
Private by design
The AI runs on your own computer through Ollama. Your email and your tasks never leave it.
Ready to try it on your own mail? Mandata is free, installs for your user account in about two minutes, and needs no admin rights.
